The heart and soul behind Nurture Ink. My mission is to guide and empower you through your breastfeeding journey, whether that involves direct nursing, pumping, or anything in-between. As a certified breastfeeding specialist and  proud Navy Veteran, I bring a unique perspective to lactation support.

Motherhood and military life have taught me the value of adaptability. I am a mom of three wonderful children and a military wife, so I've lived the challenges and triumphs from both sides of the line. I believe the cornerstone of a successful breastfeeding journey is confidence - in both yourself and your little one.

My venture into lactation support began in 2016, even leading me to join the Navy! I value the individual path each person takes; my role is to support and illuminate yours, like a nurturing guide or your very own 'breastfeeding Yoda.'

Life doesn't always stick to a plan - I get that. As a vet and a momma, I've learned to embrace the unexpected. I'm here to listen, to help, and to stand by you. Together, we've got this.
